Why do I need to link my bank account?
We need access to your primary checking account to make debt payments on your behalf and to process your monthly Chipper membership fee. Furthermore, we can only Round-Up transactions for accounts that you have linked to Chipper.
Why do you need my email address?
We need your email address to keep you in the loop about your transactions with us like - payment confirmations or changes to your linked accounts. We may also send you surveys and updates with tips and info we believe you’ll find useful.
How do I update my personal information?
Need to update your name, date of birth, email, or phone number? Just email us at support@chipper.app with the new details, and our team will happily handle it for you.
